Indoor Air Quality System

Overture™, the first fully-automated, whole home fresh air system that uses sophisticated sensor technology to continuously monitor for pollutants and then does something about it. When it detects a rise in indoor air pollution caused by increased humidity, VOC’s, smoke, carbon dioxide and small particles (PM2.5) the system will automatically turn on the nearest Broan-Nutone or BEST ventilation fan and range hood to remove the pollutant while simultaneously bringing in fresh, clean air from outside. The whole system works seamlessly and quietly to monitor and improve indoor air quality. The system is comprised of 3 modules: Smart Room Sensor, Smart Wall Control, and Smart Plug. The Smart Room Sensor and Smart Wall Control monitor your air quality in the rooms where they have been installed. When the Smart Room Sensor detects elevated levels it triggers the wall control to turn on the connected ventilation fan or range hood, while simultaneously turning on the fresh air system via the Smart Wall Plug. The whole system is monitored and controlled via an app on your mobile device. The app also provides live feedback on your home’s current indoor air quality level, data on any room with an Overture™ sensor, and a review of your home’s historical IAQ data.
